Butt aesthetics with liposuction
Firstly, the oils obtained with Liposuction made in different parts of the body, especially the waist, abdomen, buttocks, are passed through certain filtering and centrifugation processes and given to certain points to make the butt appear round and upright. The amount to be given depends on the person´s need and the ability to take the tissue. The body structure is made thin and the butt is brought to the fore with the liposuction process applied to the waist and leg hips. Since the oil filling given to the patient will dissolve in a certain amount over time, more applications are performed than usual.
Butt aesthetics with silicone prosthesis
If there is not enough in the body, magnification with a silicone prosthesis can be preferred. The prostheses used are harder and different shapes than breast prostheses. The butt prosthesis placed inside or under the butt muscle with incisions made from the inside of the coccyx provides an upright and plump butt appearance without losing its lifetime volume. In this operation, the body can be made thinner by applying liposuction to the waist area. It is a more painful procedure compared to fat filling and you will not need to lie on your back for 1 month and sit using a special butt cushion.

Butt stretching surgery
It is especially applied to patients with low butt, with sagging skin after excess weight loss. The butt is lifted with the skin removal process made from the butt waist transition point. In the same operation, filling the butt is made with the oil obtained by Liposuction.
Preoperative evaluation
The sagging of the legs and the amount of skin to be removed are evaluated. The patient is informed about the operation process and after. Possible risks and interventions in such problems are explained.
If you have previous surgery, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic diseases such as goiter, allergy to any medicine or food, you should definitely inform if you have medications you have to use. If you are smoking, you should quit before surgery, and you should not drink until the stitches heal afterwards.
Hospital and Operating Room process
Preoperative examinations are prepared on the same day or 1 day before. You should not eat or drink anything 8 hours before the surgery. If the results are evaluated by the anesthesiologist and there is no obstacle, your surgery can be performed. The patient will not feel any pain during the procedure as it is performed under general anesthesia. The average operation time is 2 hours and the time spent in the operating room will be longer after the patient is put to sleep and awakened.
In the postoperative service, you will be given antibiotics and pain medication. You will be discharged the next day by making a control examination and being called for a check-up on the 3rd day.
Very rarely, a drain can be inserted after the butt surgery to remove the fluid and leaking blood between the tissues. Drains are removed when incoming quantity decreases (after 3-7days).
To reduce the edema that may occur in the first days after the surgery, you should use a special corset for 20 days.
After the operation, no smoking should be allowed or alcohol should not be consumed. After smoking, there is a risk of opening at the seams and tissue decay at the edges of the skin.
